Our members come to our gym for a number of reasons. They want to lose fat. They hope to gain muscle mass. They want to ready themselves for the summer season. They want to train for a specific sport. Ultimately, they want to live longer, happier, and healthier lives.

Steve Swall

Steve, 30, was one of Power Keg’s very first members. He lost more than 20 pounds by changing his lifestyle. With the help of the coaches at Power Keg, Steve evolved from living a sedentary, indulgent lifestyle to healthy eating, healthy living, and straight badassery. Check out his story below.

Whitney came in looking to lean down and gain strength. She had exercised in the past, but could not find a regular routine that she could stick with – everything she had tried was either not interesting or or wasn’t getting her the results she wanted. When she started out with us, she quickly enjoyed the challenge of the new movements and the constantly varied workouts. Above all, she instantly loved the camaraderie here at Power Keg.
