Power Keg Athletics offers a community-driven workout experience focused on increasing the athletic level of all fitness enthusiasts. The Power Keg program combines weight lifting (resistance training) with high-intensity interval training to deliver optimal training results.
These classes are the cornerstone of what we do at Power Keg Athletics. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
New to CrossFit?
Power Keg Athletics offers a beginner-friendly Fundamentals Program.
Our 6-class Fundamentals class is designed to teach proper form and technique for safe weight-lifting performance. Along with instruction of exercises, each Fundamentals class includes a warm-up, strength training, and a “beginner-friendly” workout created for you by one of our certified coaches. This is done for you within a challenging yet accomplishable environment. Cool-downs include nutrition advice and proper stretching techniques. This personal training, attention, and instruction is done with consideration to your personal schedule.
